Hello

My name is Monica and I am a certified trainer in NeurOptimal® neurofeedback brain training.

Alongside this, I am completing my PhD at the University of Exeter, where I am passionately researching the processes of stigmatisation and de-stigmatisation of autism in the workplace.

As a neurodiversity advocate - a 'hat' that I wear across all facets of my life, I have a strong sense of justice and believe in a society that works for everyone, where everyone should be able to thrive and make use of their full potential.

My core lifetime values are compassion and a willingness to help others. These have led me to qualify as a psychologist and have shaped my journey through life.

I have undertaken neurofeedback brain training myself and have been amazed with the changes I have noticed. Because neurofeedback has been so transformational, it was clear to me that this was something that many others would benefit from. This has inspired me to develop this business - Optimum Neurofeedback - so that others can also take advantage of the limitlessness benefits that this revolutionary brain training system has to offer.
